How does the Plus-2 HS compare with the Player HS and Plus machines?
The Spinshot Plus-2 HS tennis ball machine combines all the features from the original Plus model and also includes the advanced custom drill features of the Player HS model.
Compared with the Plus model, the Plus-2 HS includes the custom drills features via the Drill Maker app catering for full programming of custom drills.
Comparing the Plus-2 HS against the Player HS model, the Plus-2 HS control panel features an OLED screen and additional oscillation mode buttons, so it allows for easy access to horizontal and vertical oscillations. With the Plus-2 HS you don't have to use the Drill Maker app to set the oscillation drills - you can do it straight from the control panel. To access the custom drills on the Plus-2, just press the drill button and then use the + or - buttons to switch between 12 drills.

Plus-2 HS (High Spin / High Speed)
The Spinshot Plus-2 HS (high spin / high speed) tennis balls machines feature more powerful motors which allow for higher balls speeds even when top spin or back spin are used. The Spinshot Plus-2 HS top speed is around 80 mph and can be slowed don to 18 mph.
There is no disadvantage for the HS (high spin / high speed) models. They just have a higher maximum top speed and spin range. You can adjust the ball spin settings to get less spin or adjust the ball speed settings to lower the ball speed.
Battery or Mains Power Options
Battery included with your purchase for US address delivery. You can also upgrade your machine by adding our Hybrid Power and Battery module if you want the option to use AC mains power or battery.
Remote Control via App or Watch
Our Drill Maker app for Android and iPhone is free to download. Read more about our Drill Maker App and download on your device to see how it works. The Drill Maker app is also compatible with Apple Watch.

Deliveries to the US
US customers can expect to receive their order within 3-4 days of the order being placed.
International Deliveries
We deliver worldwide, except for the countries listed below (see International Delivery Exclusions) which have local distribution agents.
Delivery usually takes 4-5 days using our courier partner DHL Express.

Returns Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Notes
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
10% restocking fee need to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@spinshot-sports.com

Warranty
Each Spinshot tennis ball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.
Spinshot warrants that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Batteries purchased directly from Spinshot have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Customers outside the US may want to order a battery from a local vendor to get local support.
All demo machines ordered from Spinshot Sports or from Ebay authorized seller (tennis-buy) will receive full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase with evidence from the order receipt.
Any part of the tennis ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Order receipt or Amazon Order ID needs to be provided as purchase evidence. Shipping only to US based address.
Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact us for fast 7/24 hour service. Email communication is preferred as it will get all team members linked for quick response.
If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like us to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty.
2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by us with all machines.
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.
4. Battery and black service wheels which are with 6 month warranty coverage.

Great Product. Works Great. Just waiting on a response from customer service. Had one part broken out of the box that needs to be replaced.
I got a new Spinshot Plus-2 high speed Tennis Ball Machine a couple of days ago, and I tried it out and it worked pretty well, including the speed, spin, direction, height.
But I have to say, for high-level players, the "feed" feature needs improvement, it is a real problem:
the feed rate, the interval between 2 rallies, you can set it from 1 to 10, the higher the number/parameter, the smaller the interval, it is said in the user manual, you can get it from 9 seconds to 1 second. But when you set it to 8, the interval is around 4 seconds, while if you set it 9, the interval became around 2.7 seconds. Then you will find, if you set it to 8, you have to wait too long for the next shot, if you set it to 9, then, you have no time to hit next shot, whatever I tried, I can't set it to a perfect rhythm for my son, with UTR 10+.
I called the service for support, but no solution for this bug :-(
i think the machine itself is amazing,
but the phone app not so much, first the desigen of the app is terrible
also it disconnected alot and i need to press the connect button to reconnect it,
i think the connect button in the app is bad user experience, instead it should do it automatic.
We just got the Spinshot plus 2 and it is amazing! Great power and you can customize to any setting you want. We bought this for my daughter to help keep her strokes in line and improving and it has worked to our expectations. We love the app and the ability to adjust the machine as needed from the control panel. The 2 line capability is also extremely helpful and we worth the money.
I upgraded my machine to the lithium ion battery upon Tim’s recommendation and glad I did. The machine has plenty of long lasting power and is easily controlled and adjusted with the iPhone app.
