Customer Satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the ball machine, the machine may be returned for any reason within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. This fee is the lowest in the industry and covers both our outgoing shipping costs and minor cosmetic damage to the machine. Original packing material is required for safe returning and the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
Please be aware we can not refund any bank charges your bank has charged you for purchasing from our online store. Please take this matter up with your bank.
Please note, batteries are not returnable. Please do not send batteries back with your machine. Please either keep them or recycle them responsibly.
