The Spinshot Remote Watch is the most simplest and convenient remote for your ball machine. The easy to use one button design allows you to stop and start the machine and switch drills or oscillation modes.
The Remote Watch requires a CR2032 battery (not supplied).

What functions does the Remote Watch have?

The Spinshot Remote Watch can be used to stop and start the machine by pressing the button for 2 seconds.

Click the button to select the drill number equivalent to the number of clicks.
For example: 2 clicks = Drill #2, 4 clicks = Drill #4
Change oscillation mode
Click the button to cycle through the Oscillation modes
Pro & Lite
Change oscillation mode
Click the button to turn the horizontal oscillation on or off
How does the watch connect to my Spinshot ball machine?
The Spinshot Remote uses a BT connection to pair with your machine.
Power on the machine, then press the remote watch button to connect.
The red light will blink while the watch is connecting to the machine. The red light will go out once the machine is connected.
When the button is pressed the light will flash once to indicate the command has been sent. If the red light starts blinking this indicates the signal has been lost and it is trying to reconnect.
If the machine is turned off the remote watch will go into sleep mode. You do not have to turn off the Remote Watch.
Shipping, Delivery, Taxes, VAT and Customs
Deliveries to the US
US customers can expect to receive their order within 3-4 days of the order being placed.
We deliver worldwide, except for the countries listed below (see International Delivery Exclusions) which have local distribution agents.
Delivery usually takes 4-5 days using our courier partner DHL Express.
Delivery costs are based on your delivery country and products ordered. Please add the products to your cart and enter your delivery address for the exact delivery costs.
Customs & VAT Charges for International Deliveries
Spinshot’s courier partner (DHL Express) will take care of all related tax and custom fees.
International Delivery Exclusions
The following countries have local distributors, therefore we do not deliver to these countries from this website.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
10% restocking fee need to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Each Spinshot tennis ball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.
Spinshot warrants that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Batteries purchased directly from Spinshot have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Customers outside the US may want to order a battery from a local vendor to get local support.
All demo machines ordered from Spinshot Sports or from Ebay authorized seller (tennis-buy) will receive full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase with evidence from the order receipt.
Any part of the tennis ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Order receipt or Amazon Order ID needs to be provided as purchase evidence. Shipping only to US based address.
Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact us for fast 7/24 hour service. Email communication is preferred as it will get all team members linked for quick response.
If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like us to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty.
2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by us with all machines.
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.
4. Battery and black service wheels which are with 6 month warranty coverage.

I bought the remote watch so i can control my player machine without using my phone. i like to use the drill maker app to make custom drills but i prefer to use the remote watch as the remote control just because it nice and small and i dont have to have my phone in my pocket.
i'm really liking the remote watch - its easy to use, it connects to the machine automatically and i can change between my drills quickly
I would love to review this watch as I ordered it and love my spin shot pro unfortunately I never received the watch and have messaged the support email and never received a response
