Demo Spinshot Player Pickleball Machine（23-00726）
Demo machines have had 1-2 weeks use in Pickleball clubs for demonstration purposes. These machines are fully tested to ensure they are in good working order. They come with our full 1 year warranty, starting from the delivery date when you receive the machine. These machines come with a charger and a battery.

Control the pickleball machine with our Drill Maker app, providing optimal usability and adjustment of its many features.
The Spinshot Player Pickleball machines come with 12 drills which give a full variety of shot positions. You can customize each of these drills to suit your playing level or create your own drills. You can also use the remote watch (optional accessory) to control the machine.

For drill numbers 1-11 you set the machine up on the baseline in the center of the court. For drill 12 you set the machine up at the kitchen line.

Customize your drills with Drill Maker
Each of the 12 drills can be customized to suit you, your family, or club members. Height, direction, spin, speed for each of 6 sequential shots can be adjusted and then saved as your personalized drill.
Drills are made using the DrillMaker app and saved to the machine. Next time you use the machine, just press the drill number button you require and start your game.
The Player model was developed to be incredibly user friendly and can be operated by even young players.

The Spinshot Pickleball ball machine can deliver balls up to 60mph or can be reduced to as little as 10mph.
Battery & Power Information
The battery (included with machine) can support 2-3 hours of play. Simply charge overnight after each use and it's ready to go. The machine will be shipped with a battery charger. Additional batteries or power modules can be purchased to extend playing time.
Upgrade option is available to install your machine with Mains Power Module, or the Power / External Battery Hybrid Module. Read our Guide to all the power and battery options available.

Deliveries to the US
US customers can expect to receive their order within 3-4 days of the order being placed.
International Deliveries
We deliver worldwide, except for the countries listed below (see International Delivery Exclusions) which have local distribution agents.
Delivery usually takes 4-5 days using our courier partner DHL Express.
Delivery Costs

Returns Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Notes
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
10% restocking fee need to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@spinshot-sports.com

Warranty
Each Spinshot tennis ball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.
Spinshot warrants that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase for personal use. For commercial or club use, the warranty is limited to one year.
Batteries purchased directly from Spinshot have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Customers outside the US may want to order a battery from a local vendor to get local support.
All demo machines ordered from Spinshot Sports or from Ebay authorized seller (tennis-buy) will receive full 1-year warranty from the date of purchase with evidence from the order receipt.
Any part of the tennis ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Order receipt or Amazon Order ID needs to be provided as purchase evidence. Shipping only to US based address.
Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact us for fast 7/24 hour service. Email communication is preferred as it will get all team members linked for quick response.
If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like us to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized disassembly, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty.
2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by us with all machines.
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.
4. Battery , service wheels and towing wheels are with 6 month warranty coverage.
